Review of Nollywood Movie Titled Theresa The Village Fighter

Sometimes,we need to take a hiatus from viewing similar stories in Nollywood movies.However,there are other times we seek for familiarity,and that is what this movie is;FAMILIAR.

The story is about Theresa,popularly known as Teri Teri,an interesting,hardworking girl who is very stubborn and believes the only way to earn her respect and dignity from her peers in the village is to fight anyone that dares to cross her path.She continued in her ways despite all warnings from all and sundry.Fortunately, something happened which eventually made her come to the city to look for greener pastures,as that has always been her dream.The story follows her struggles to adjust to suit the lifestyle and status of her  boss,and of course,her various hilarious moments in the city.

The movie opens up with Teri Teri,who will go on to be the oil that keeps this engine running,most of the drama came for her and of course her sophisticated madam (Chizzy Alichi) who she refers to as "Mr &Mrs Robinson.
Mr &Mrs Robinson are a such a cute couple,their only challenge seems to be someone to take care of their child when they are busy and that was what Teri Teri came to do.However along the line things got mixed up.

One of the major reasons to watch this movie is this interesting character Teri Teri played by Rachael Okonkwo,this is because she did very well in interpreting this character.The movie has five major cast members and each of them did excellently well.

The biggest minus would be that by the end of the movie,we still have some loose ends left open;like if Mr & Mrs Robinson found out about their secrets which Teri Teri and Cletus were using to blackmail them. Also,several scenes got replayed and that wasn't a flashback.

Generally,the cast and crew created a memorable experience,the story-line might not be out of this world,but the movie is truly entertaining to say the least!!
